Let’s walk around and start downstairs in the large double garage. From there walking through a generous room with windows to the floor you go to the very generous gym with the same double windows. This brings in a lot of light. After we take the stairs up we come out to the second floor terrace.

Here we first look around and experience the space and the view. You see the living room with open kitchen and the adjacent cozy porch built from square oak beams. Furthermore, we see the large pool adjacent to the terrace and the green of the plants behind it. There is a beautiful outdoor kitchen which is the appropriate place for experiencing beautiful and cozy evenings.

We had already noticed upon entering downstairs that the floor finish is unique. The floors downstairs but also those of the living room/kitchen and of all bedrooms and other rooms have cut slices of natural stone as a kind of tile floor finish. This natural stone comes from the (Curaçao) mine on Santa Barbara. All beautifully inserted. This floor that you will immediately love forms a fantastic combination with the oak beams of the porch and the door frames and with the furnishings accordingly if you would like the latter.
