Vista Royal, Jan Thiel

What an architecture and what a views!

This modern villa with its generous dimensions is very spacious and has a wonderful open character. You can slide open the large aluminum doors as far as you want, turning the inside into the outside. The air then runs cool through the villa and you have the most open and unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea. This is exactly what people want: Curaçao is outdoor living, openness, sea sun and coziness. And as an extra: you have your own beach volleyball court. How tropical can it be?

The villa has a U-shaped floor plan on the main floor containing the living room, kitchen and master bedroom which all open onto the porch and sundeck with pool beyond. The villa was designed by STATE of Architecture.

As soon as you step through the entrance, you probably pause for a moment in amazement at the overwhelming view of the blue Caribbean Sea. The further you walk through the more you experience the view. You experience this from every spot on the main floor: from the eat-in kitchen and living room and also from the porch with lounge area and outdoor dining area.

The spacious open kitchen has Whirlpool and Aeg appliances and a spacious LG refrigerator with freezer. The living room is spacious where you can relax inside on the sofa or at the table. Outside on the terrace is a large dining table. A spacious guest toilet is also located on this floor.

The master bedroom is located in the right wing with also a fantastic view of the outdoor terrace, pool and sea. Now that’s a nice way to wake up!

The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower, double sink and a toilet. The walk-in closet offers ample space and provides a nice separation between the sleeping area and the bathroom.

The interior staircase leads to the lower floor. The extra wide hall there gives a lot of space. Adjacent to this central hall are five spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Furthermore, here is a laundry room, a storage room and a technical room.

The garage has room for two cars and has a kitchen. Convenient that water is at hand and for storing supplies. Of course, you can also park upstairs at the central entrance at the rear of the villa.

Within walking distance of the villa are very good amenities such as the fine restaurants and beaches of Jan Thiel Beach, a supermarket, several stores and a gym.

* The “Bruto Vloer Oppervlak” (Gross Floor Area) (“BVO”) of a building is the area measured at floor level along the exterior walls. For multi-storey buildings, it is measured per floor, including the m2 BVO of the covered building-related outdoor space, which is not or only partially enclosed and therefore has no fixed exterior boundary. The area of the space is equal to the vertical projection of the enclosed building section, regardless of the floor construction or method of surfacing.
