This 8-person villa on the 2nd line of the secure Boca Gentil resort is located high up and has fantastic sea views. The house offers a lot of privacy

The beach, beach clubs, shops, The Challenge gym and Van Den Tweel Supermarket are within walking distance. The villa is the 5th villa from the Papagayo hotel.

You drive up on your own property and park in the covered carport next to the villa or in the spaces in front of it. You have access to the house via the side entrance.

​You immediately notice the high living room, which is light and has 3-meter-high sliding doors that you can open as you wish. The open kitchen with various equipment connects to this. The utility room is next to the kitchen.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a bathroom with shower, 2 sinks, toilet and a walk-in closet.

The other 3 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. All bedrooms have cooling air conditioning. There is a separate guest toilet.

Next to the villa and in the garden there is a terrace that enjoys the wind. This spot is very nice for the afternoon hours when the angle of the sun is low. Behind the living room is the shaded porch where you can sit comfortably. From where you look high over the first line villas and have panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea.

One level lower is the spacious sun terrace around the large private swimming pool with palapa and covered lounge areas. There is a storage room there for the patio items.

The resort has 24/7 security. The park rules and the joint maintenance of the front gardens ensure that the resort always has a park-like atmosphere and is well maintained. You can easily walk to the shops and restaurants. Nearby is the resort’s own private access to the beach.

The villa is owned by an SPF. Private Fund Foundation. You can buy the villa but also opt for the SPF containing the villa. When the SPF is purchased you are exempt from the 4% transfer tax.
