It’s been a while but there is a first line villa on Boca Gentil for sale!
To be able to swim in the blue Caribbean sea right behind your own tropical villa is surely amazing!
Located on the secure Boca Gentil Resort and within walking distance of the beaches and beach clubs, stores, gym The Challenge, supermarket Van den Tweel. And then so exceptionally beautiful by the sea. Where in the world is that possible?

The villa is elevated in relation to the sea. Because of the elevated viewing angle, the sea is experienced even more. A stone staircase leads to the lower level directly by the sea.
